Return Policy

The below-detailed policies will apply to any products sold only on vaarahisilks.com.

Conditions for Return:

  • Return requests must be raised within 3-4 days from the date of receiving the product(s) by contacting our customer care team.
  • The returned product(s) must be in saleable condition, with original folds, tags, and packaging retained. They must be unused and undamaged.
  • If a product does not meet these conditions, the return will not be accepted.

  4. Customers must include proof of purchase (e.g., shipping invoice or gift receipt) in the return package.

Important Notes:

  • Unsealed or Torn Packages: Customers are advised not to accept such packages. Once accepted, Vaarahi Silks will not be held responsible for the product.
  • Damage caused by improper product care or usage is not eligible for return.
  • If the returned product fails inspection, the customer will bear the courier charges for sending it back.
